NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION
Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:
Section 53A-24-103 places the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation under the policy direction of the Utah State Board of Education and general supervision of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and Subsection 53A-1-401(3) allows the Utah State Board of Education to adopt rules in accordance with its responsibilities.

No written comments have been received.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule continues to be necessary because it provides and incorporates by reference the federal laws and requirements for adjudicative proceedings to which the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation is subject. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
