    Section 53A-25b-201 vests the Utah State Board of Education with governance and supervision of the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.

    No written comments have been received.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule continues to be necessary because it provides procedures for governance, student eligibility, fiscal responsibility, as well as other standards for operation of the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Utah Schools for the Blind. This rule will be continued but will have significant substantive changes in the near future as a result of 2009 legislation.
