    Section 53A-171-120 directs that State Board of Education to adopt rules for the expenditure of funds appropriated for accelerated learning programs.

    No written comments have been received.

     

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule is necessary because it provides program standards for eligibility for gifted and talented programs and also provides fiscal standards for distribution of funds for school district gifted and talented programs or classes. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
