R68-5-2. Grain Inspection Fees

Latest version.

  Fees shall be charged for the inspection and grading services as determined by the department pursuant to 4-2-103(g). A current list of approved fees may be obtained, upon request from the department:

  B. Hours. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  C. Days Not Worked. Saturdays, Sundays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Holidays are considered overtime hours.
