A. The offices of the Commission shall be open for receipt of
official documents between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday. The Labor Commission's St. George office shall be
open for receipt of official documents between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Commission offices shall not be
open for business Saturday or Sunday and on state-recognized holidays.
B. Notwithstanding the 5:00 p.m. filing deadline provided above,
official documents filed with the Labor Commission will be deemed
timely if filed electronically (either by email or facsimile) before
midnight on the day the document is due.
