R356-2-12. Notice that a Judge is Removed or Intends to Resign or Retire

Latest version.

  The Administrative Office of the Courts shall immediately notify the governor and CCJJ if it learns that a state judge:

  (1) has submitted formal notice of intent to retire;

  (2) has submitted formal notice of intent to resign;

  (3) has been removed from office: or

  (4) has otherwise vacated the judicial office.
