Requirements for determining Medicaid eligibility are found at 42 CFR 435 Subpart E, and Section 26-18-3 requires the Department to implement these requirements through its administrative rules.

The Department did not receive any written or oral comments regarding this rule.

The Department will continue this rule because it sets forth eligibility requirements for Medicaid clients to receive Medicaid services.
