    Subsection 53A-6-306(1)(a) directs the Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission (Commission) to adopt rules to carry out its responsibilities under the law.

    No written comments have been received.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule continues to be necessary because it establishes procedures regarding complaints against educators and for licensing hearings for the Commission to follow. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
