Rule R671-403 outlines board procedure regarding the appropriate processing of restitution the state claims is owed by offenders. The rule lists when the board may order and/or affirm court ordered restitution. In addition, the rule specifies due process rights afforded to offenders and victims during hearings. This rule is informative and explains the restitution process and should be continued.
