This rule is enacted pursuant to 28 CFR 35.107, 1992 edition, which requires the adoption, definition, and publication of complaint procedures providing for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints filed in accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 28 CFR 35, 1992 edition.
Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:
No written comments have been received.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule continues to provide the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation procedure for filing complaints under federal ADA law. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
