(1) These rules are promulgated in accordance with the following laws: (a) Older Americans Act, Pub. L. No. 106-501, 42 USC Section 3001 et seq. (b) Utah Division of Aging and Adult Services, Section 62A, Chapter 3, Parts 1, 2, and 3. (c) Workforce Investment Act of 1998, 29 U.S.C. 2801 et seq. (d) Social Services Block Grant, 45 CFR Parts 16, 74, and 96. |
