  • (1) There shall be documentation that all employees are oriented to the agency and the job for which they are hired.

    (2) Orientation shall include but is not limited to:

    (a) Job descriptions/duties;

    (b) Ethics, confidentiality, and clients' rights;

    (c) Reporting requirements for suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation.
