This rule governs program eligibility, benefits, and administration by the Department for the Utah Cancer Control Program, including breast and cervical cancer, cardiovascular disease risk factor, and colorectal cancer screening services; Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program; WISEWOMAN (BeWise) Program; and Colorectal Cancer Control Program.
