(1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 23-13-2.

(2) In addition:

(a) "Anchor location" means the physical location from which:

(i) an electronic meeting originates; or

(ii) the participants are connected.

(b) "Electronic meeting" means a public meeting convened or conducted by means of a conference using electronic communications.
