  (1) A Critical Care Paramedic who wishes to renew shall:

  (a) Maintain a paramedic license;

  (b) submit an application for critical care paramedic;

  (c) pay all applicable fees; and

  (d) submit proof of certification from the International Board of Specialty Certification.
