The provisions of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR) Part 61, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, effective as of July 1, 2017, are incorporated into these rules by reference. For pollutant emission standards delegated to the State, references in 40 CFR Part 61 to "the Administrator" shall refer to the director.
