The amendment adds the term "chiropractor" to the definition of "Physician"; adds the description "health care" to the type of providers who can be selected by an injured workers from a preferred provider program; changes any reference to "employee" to "injured worker"; adds the term "medically" to the phrase "necessary emergency treatment"; defines the standard of practice and billing mechanism for drug screenings; allows for "two phone calls and an e-mail" under the definition of a reasonable attempt to contact; and includes "county correctional facility or a public law enforcement entity" to the definition of "source patient".
