Section R277-400-6 was amended to update school emergency drill requirements to include a requirement that: 1) each local education agency (LEA) develop a student and parent reunification plan with the LEA�s local law enforcement agency; and 2) beginning with the 2019 - 2020 school year, a school have at least one parent and student reunification drill per year. Plus, the rule amendments provide technical, conforming, and stylistic changes in accordance with the Rulewriting Manual for Utah and Board policies.
