This rule change updates the version of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) that is incorporated by reference found in Rule R307-214. These changes were mostly minor changes that have no direct impact on Utah. The changes that do have an impact on Utah relate to EPA's promulgation of new emissions standards for source categories of certain hazardous air pollutants, final amendments regarding particulate matter standards for certain electric furnaces, metal oxygen refining processes, crushing and screening operations, changes to opacity limits, new emissions limits for previously unregulated hazardous air pollutants, and new reporting requirements for the Mercury Air Toxics Standards rule.
