In Subsection R156-1-109(4), the proposed amendments establish a process for a final order to be entered by the Division Director when the Director refuses to concur with an order of the Construction Services Commission (S.B. 30, 2016). In Section R156-1-308a, the proposed amendments add renewal dates for 1) barber apprentice, cosmetologist/barber apprentice, esthetician apprentice, and nail technologist apprentice (H.B. 352, 2016); 2) deception detection examination administrator (H.B. 185, 2016); and 3) state-certified commercial interior designer (S.B. 117, 2016).
