The amended Section 72-4-303 allows owners of property situated adjacent to a state scenic byway, National Scenic Byway, or All-American Road to submit a request to Utah State Scenic Byway Committee that their property be segmented from the designated scenic byway, National Scenic Byway, or All-American Road, if the property owner believes the property is within a non-scenic area as defined by Section 72-4-303. The amendment to the rule sets forth the process for the Scenic Byway Committee to follow when determining if segmentation requests should be granted, and an appeal process for property owners to follow when their requests are denied.
