The changes to this rule include language clarifications including updating some terms such as "deadline" instead of "time" and "passed" instead of "expired"; some grammatical and typographical corrections; some corrections of outdated or incorrect statutory references; renumbering and relettering to accommodate additions and deletions; deletion of duplicative language already found in Code or in rule; and the addition of Section R33-7-900 to comply with changes to to the RFP process in the Utah Code.
