These amendments: 1) make grammatical corrections; 2) remove often repeated phrases that do not add clarity; 3) add that a properly supervised individual who is within three months of taking a Certified Crisis Worker training is able to answer calls on the crisis line; and 4) the revocation section has been changed to "Corrective Action", and the processes and actions adopted have been changed to align with the current practices and actions on other certifications overseen by the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (Division).
