This rule reflected the requirements of the previous Utah Procurement Code which was enacted on or about 1981. The fundamental differences between this rule and the reenacted Rule R23-1 is that the new rule now reflects the current requirements listed in the 2014 Utah Procurement Code and implements the recent changes related to the 2014 Utah Procurement Code. Additionally, the new rule is now more in line with the Division of Purchasing and General Services rules. This rule is repealed in its entirety.
