Several changes were made throughout Rule R307-353 as a result of public comments. These changes include: adding a compliance schedule for affected sources; adding a definition for medical device; adding exemptions for aerospace vehicles and components; coating products on medical devices up to 800 pounds of VOC per year; and research and development, quality control, or performance testing activities.
