Summary
Several changes were made throughout Rule R307-304 as a result of public comments. These changes include: adding an exemption for materials for solvent cleaning operations to the compliance schedule, adding exemptions for solvent cleaning in laboratory tests, analysis, research, and development projects as well as cleaning of solar cells, laser hardware, scientific instruments, and high-precision optics, clarifying definition for solvent cleaning; and adding VOC limits for advanced composites manufacturing and baby and child care diapers manufacturing.
