This amendment clarifies some definitions in the text. It further clarifies provisions for psycho-social evaluations, clarifies stem cell transplantation services, reinstates search coverage for donors, removes address information for the Prior Authorization Unit, clarifies non-covered services for solid organ transplantation, and makes other technical changes.
