The amendment changes the date of Section IX, Part A of the SIP most recently adopted by the Air Quality Board that is incorporated into the Utah Air Quality Rules. Section IX.A is amended by revising the Utah County motor vehicle emissions inventory and budget using the new MOVES tool, which is the new model developed by EPA to estimate emissions from mobile sources. The public comment period for the SIP and its accompanying Technical Support Document will run from 10/01/2014 to 10/31/2014.
