    Section 62A-4a-105 requires the Division of Child and Family Services to provide child welfare system programs and services to the citizens of Utah.

    This rule is needed for the Division of Child and Family Services to follow federal and state child welfare system requirements. Therefore, this rule should be continued. There are nonsubstantive revisions being made to update this rule, which will be filed in the future.
