Section 62A-5-103.1 authorizes and requires Rule R538-9 to detail eligibility and priority for participation in the state-funded supported employment program.

Section 62A-5-103.1 authorizes and requires Rule R538-9 to detail eligibility and priority for participation in the state-funded supported employment program. This program received ongoing funding in the 2011 General Session for FY 2012. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
