    This rule is authorized under the Utah Procurement Code, Title 63G, Chapter 6a. Public entities shall comply with Section 63G-6a-1202 considering clauses for contracts. Executive Branch procurement units shall also comply with the requirements of Subsection 63G-6a-402(6).

    There have been no comments received either supporting or opposing the rule.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule needs to be continued because it establishes the terms and conditions, contracts, change orders, and costs for procurements. This rule also provides additional requirements and procedures and must be used in conjunction with the Procurement Code.
