    Rule R926-8 is required by Section 72-2-123 to guide partnering with local agencies on state highway capacity improvement projects.

    The Utah Transportation Commission has approved this rule as necessary for fairly administering issues of proposed local agency partnering on state highway projects. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
