Section 62A-11-107 authorizes the Office of Recovery Services to write rules to implement the provisions of Title 62A, Chapter 11. 45 CFR 302.32 requires that collections in excess of the unreimbursed assistance (URA) amount be paid to the family within two calendar days of the end of the month in which the assistance was received. In accordance with this law, this rule defines URA and how to make the URA calculation.

This rule provides information necessary for calculating URA. The laws upon which it is based are still in effect. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
