Subsection 62A-7-201(3) indicates the division is responsible for providing juvenile holding facilities within adult facilities on a short-term basis.

The division continues to be responsible for monitoring juvenile holding rooms in adult facilities. Therefore, this rule should be continued. Nonsubstantive changes are forthcoming.
