    This rule is authorized under Sections 63A-5-103 and 63A-5-204. The purpose of this rule is to regulate the use of state facilities and grounds, providing rules regarding political signs, as well as authorizing written policies to be created pursuant to this rule.

    No comments have been received supporting or opposing the rule.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    The rule is needed in order to continue to regulate the use of state facilities and grounds. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
