This rule is authorized under Section 4-18-107 to establish an environmental stewardship program for agricultural producers.

The Department of Agriculture and Food (Department) has not received comments on this rule during the last five years.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The Department is currently evaluating acceptance of the program by agricultural producers. Additionally, the Department is assessing the effectiveness in meeting the desired outcomes. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
