    Subsection 13-2-5(1) provides the Division Director the authority to issue rules to administer and enforce the Business Opportunity Disclosure Act. Subsection 13-15-4.5(3) provides that the Division may make rules to implement the section.

    No written comments were received in support of or opposing the administrative rule.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    Continuation of the administrative rule is necessary for the Division to administer and enforce the Business Opportunity Disclosure Act and establishing the fee structure required by Section 13-15-4.
