The continuation of this rule will ensure that the drinking water program administration is firmly established in the State of Utah. It defines a public water system, which are the systems that the Division of Drinking Water can and does regulate. It sets forth the requirements and conditions of sanitary surveys, gives a rating system to public water systems, and establishes the variances and exemptions.
