Title 41, Chapter 12a, Part 8, establishes the Uninsured Motorist Identification Database Program which is administered by the Utah Driver License Division with the assistance of the designated agent and the Motor Vehicle Division. As part of the Division�s responsibilities, Subsection 41-12a-803(7) requires the division to make rules for administering and enforcing the database.

There have been no written comments received since the last five-year review.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The division is required to make rules regarding the Uninsured Motorist Identification Database Program under Subsection 41-12a-803(7). Therefore, this rule should be continued.
