This rule is being updated to reflect changes to the federal air quality regulations as published in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
Summary of the rule or change:
This filing amends the rule to incorporate all changes within the updated version of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations from July 2016 to July 2017.
