    As authorized under Subsection 64-13-36(3)(a), this rule is to designate the persons who will be permitted access to information in Department of Corrections Inmate medical records.

    Nothing received to this date.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    The release of this information must be controlled by a standard of legitimate penological interests as determined by a division director in consultation with Clinical Services. This information should not be released under any other premise that may be harmful to the individual, operations, or security interests. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
