    Subsection 62A-11-104.1(2) requires the Office of Recovery Services (ORS) to specify through rule the types of information that financial institutions and insurance companies are required to provide.

    This rule must continue for ORS to be in compliance with Subsection 62A-11-104.1(2). Information from financial institutions and insurance companies helps ORS successfully collect child support and provide insurance information to families.
