    Subsection 53A-15-202(1) directs the Utah State Board of Education to establish minimum standards for career and technical education programs in the public education system.

    No written comments have been received.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    This rule continues to be necessary. Significant amendments have recently been made as a result of the review process. The amended rule is scheduled to be effective in December 2011. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
