    Subsection 53A-6-106 directs the Utah State Board of Education (Board) to establish a rule for the training and experience required of license applicants for teaching and Subsection 53A-1-401(3) allows the Board to adopt rules in accordance with its responsibilities.

    This rule is continued because it provides a necessary outline for entry years enhancements for licensed educators in their first three years of employment.
