Title 19-3-104. The board may require the registration or licensing of radiation sources that constitute a significant health hazard. Title 19-3-108. The executive secretary may, as authorized by the board, issue licenses, registrations, and certifications.

The radiation control board has determined there is a need to license radiation sources that constitute a significant health hazard. This rule specifies the regulatory requirements for radiation sources used in Well Logging operations.
