Continuation of this rule is necessary to help guide the Division of Child and Family Services on what procedures to follow if there is a situation where a child or youth has a communicable disease. The Board of Child and Family Services approved renewal of this rule at its meeting held on 08/28/2007. Modifications to this rule will be submitted in the near future to reflect current agency names.
