    NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

    Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:

    Section 26-10-11 implemented the hearing aid pilot program in 2013 and then in 2015 the program was converted to a program.

    Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

    No written comments have been received since 2015 when the pilot program became a program and to date.

    Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

    Section 26-10-11 implemented the hearing aid pilot program in 2013 and then in 2015 the pilot program was converted to a program. The statute for the program is still in effect. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
