(DAR NOTE: The proposed amendment to Rule R920-1 is under DAR No. 36704 in this issue, September 15, 2012, of the Bulletin.)

    This rule is being repealed because these regulations are included in the Utah Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices incorporated in Rule R920-1. This rule is repealed in its entirety.
