This rule defines what is meant by "significant population of older Native Americans," as indicated in Section 62A-3-104, which authorizes and requires the division to comply with the Older Americans Act. This definition is included in the Older Americans Act and therefore, is a requirement of Section 62A-3-104.

There has been no opposition to the rule. The rule clarifies what the division considers to be a "significant population of older Native Americans" as indicated in Section 62A-3-104 of the Older Americans Act. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
