The Utah Procurement Code, Title 63G, Chapter 6a, authorizes this rule. Sole source procurements shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 63G-6a-802 of the Utah Procurement Code.

There have been no comments received either supporting or opposing the rule.

This rule needs to be continued because it establishes the exceptions to procurement requirements and shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Utah Procurement Code.
